Eleora Chebe Scalp Oil

CHEBE SCALP OIL is a scalp stimulant that encourages stronger hair growth. It is applied as the second step in the L.O.C (Liquid.Oil.Cream) Method. After application of the Chebe Daily Moisturizing Spritz (Step 1), apply sparingly and massage all over scalp. For best results use daily.
